Final-year Undergraduate Students
 

All final Year Undergraduate Students who are shortlisted must seek their major Department’s pre-approval for extension of student period at CUHK by completing the “Application for Extension of Study Period” form. They CANNOT choose the 2nd term programmes.

Remarks
  1. Students who need the financial aid support for term exchange programmes can visit the website of Office of Academic Links who offers different exchange scholarships or loan scheme for application. For details, please refer to OAL website
  2. Successful applicants need to attend the pre-departure session before the trip and submit the individual and group projects after the trip.
  3. Late applications will not be considered.
  4. Successful applicants will receive an email from the college. After receiving the email, please submit the programme fee in due course.
  5. After the submission of the programme fee, the applicants will be considered to have accepted the offer. After accepting the offer, the offer could not be cancelled, and the programme fee could not be refunded.
  6. The above itinerary is for reference only; details are subject to final announcement by the College.
