Mental Health First Aid Course

Mental health is important as your physical health, including emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It can help you cope with life’s stresses, have positive relationships, work productivity, and realise your full potential. Mental health first aid, an internationally recognised course, can help someone developing or experiencing a mental health crisis before obtaining professional treatment.


The Mental Health First Aid course is now open to you to gain knowledge and skills in dealing with mental health issues at the beginning stage. The details are listed below:

Date: 20 & 27 November 2021 (Saturday)

Time: 09:30-12:30 & 14:30-17:30

Location: Multi-purpose Hall, LG3, North Block, WS College

Fee: Free

Medium of instruction: Cantonese

Trainer: The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong



  1. A free lunch will be provided
  2. A certificate will be awarded to participants with full attendance
  3. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the course starts. For students who are late more than 15 minutes, the absence will be counted. Students absent from the workshop are responsible for paying the training cost of $600 for the penalty.
